2252 Welsh Lane is a shared house where students and professionals can live cheaply in Laramie, it is a quiet atmosphere; no parties are allowed!  No pets are allowed either.  The utilities are reasonable, averaging around $45/month.  There is free internet, and a patio with a hot tub!  The common areas (living room, kitchen, etc.) are furnished.  The bedrooms typically aren’t, but usually we can work something out if you need furniture!  The kitchen has everything you need (pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, etc.)  Laundry on site ($1.00/machine-cheapest in town perhaps!)  Lots of parking and a huge deck out front.  Low light pollution-so loads of stars, no extra charge!

Currently we have 2 rooms available:  

Room 3 for $275             and                   Welsh #7 for $350

We are also signing leases for the coming school year, beginning August 1, 2012!  If interested, call/email now to get details and secure a cheap place to live!
