In other places, you would likely pay that missing share of rent and/or utilities.  Not with us!  And with Utility Billing, you pay a set fraction based on the maximum number of occupants.  So if someone moves out, your utilities should go down, the landlord pays the missing share.

In both houses, we also offer FREE INTERNET!  Both houses have a Dishwasher, and both have a Washer and Dryer!  The rooms range in price from $300.00 to $375, depending on the amenities of the room!
