Caitlin Murphy is originally from Wheatland, Wyoming. She came to Laramie in 2002 to attend the University of Wyoming and studied American Studies and Environmental Natural Resources. Caitlin is the main talent of our operation: She is quite the artist and draws Laramie Homes and scenes around Laramie. Each issue of the Home Guide, our local Laramie MLS magazine, features one of Caitlin’s drawings.

Caitlin is also a very good writer and has consulted for our advertising copy and also is the main pen behind our blog. She enjoys architecture and many of her blog posts are about the architecture of Laramie Houses.

Caitlin is also one of our Salespeople and has a very soft approach with buyers, who like her approach to selling! She earned her ASP designation in 2009 and she and Brendan work as a team to prepare a sellers’ homes for the market. She has quite the eye and is a huge asset to our Laramie Real Estate operations!
