I am an alumnus of the University of Wyoming, with a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics.
I also have a Real Estate Certificate from UW.  I have had the honor of speaking to the students at UW
taking the Business Strategy course.  I am the only UW student who ever won the
International Business Strategy Competition.

I have over 10 years sales experience, and have been investing in Laramie Real Estate for 10 years!
I love to invest in Laramie Real Estate, and I love to help others make good investments in Laramie!
Now I like to list Laramie Houses for Sale and help Buyers find the right Laramie Homes to consider buying!  This is an excellent market and there is plenty of Laramie Real Estate for Sale.

Most of all, I love to market Laramie Homes for sale so they are positioned to bring the highest profit for the Sellers!  Passion, after all, is what one needs to succeed.  I am always working to improve myself as a person, a Laramie REALTOR®, and Real Estate Agent:

I am one of only a few agents in town with the Certified Residential Specialist designation in the Laramie Real Estate Market.  This is considered the highest designation a REALTOR® can get for residential real estate.  Only 4% of Real Estate Agents have this designation, I am proud to be among them.  This adds a lot to my ability to manage the Sale and/or Purchase of Laramie Homes and Laramie Real Estate.  Achieving the CRS designation requires approximately 90 hours of additional classes as well as many successful transactions in short period of time.

I have also earned the GRI or Graduate of REALTOR Institute Designation.  This simply means I have taken a lot of time to take several additional classes to become even more specialized in Residential Real Estate.

I am also an Accredited Staging Professional or ASP.  The statistics are pretty amazing and reveal how important staging a house can be; it helps to maximize price and minimize marketing time.  Caitlin and I work as a team, with you, to stage your Laramie Home so it is ready to be put on the market.  Just as you would wash and detail your car before selling it, you should also make sure your REALTOR® has staging knowledge and skills to maximize your profit when selling Laramie Houses!

I am also an e-Pro which is the only internet certification offered by the National Association of REALTORS®.  It simply means I have taken more classes to be on the cutting edge of internet technology and real estate marketing!

Ultimately, all these letters behind my name mean I am ambitious, and anxious to be the best Laramie REALTOR® I can be; I continue to take classes (that are not required) so I am constantly becoming more specialized in my profession and have more to offer Sellers and Buyers.  This is what it means to be truly specialized as a Laramie REALTOR®; those acronyms mean I seek perfection and want to give you an edge over competing Sellers or Buyers in our Laramie Real Estate marketplace!  I try to be the best at Laramie Real Estate Marketing and to be a superb Listing Agent for Sellers in the Laramie Market!

When I’m not out in the trenches selling Laramie Real Estate and listing Laramie Houses for sale, I am spending time with my wife, Caitlin, our 5 year old daughter Amelia, and our 2 year old daughter, Falyn, and our newborn boy, Paine.  Caitlin is also a REALTOR® and an ASP!  We like to Cross Country Ski, Hike, Work in the yard, and watch movies.

With Deep Roots in Laramie, I expect to be here a very long time!
